Starting from picturesgue and historic Niagara on the Lake, follow the waterfront paths through Hamilton and Burlington to Toronto's Harbourfront and attractive beachfront, residential neighbourhoods. Bicycle on quiet lakefront roads, through farmland and small historic towns including charming Port Hope and Cobourg; Bloomfield, Picton and the Glenora Ferry crossing. Enjoy the bike paths of the Loyalist Parkway and Thousand Islands Parkway, Kingston "the Limestone City", Fort Henry and historic Brockville and Prescott. This is wonderful ride with all of the tourist services that you could desire.   Easy, flat to slightly rolling.
